Alexandra Jouvet – Consulting Director 

Alexandra is a graduate in public law, specializing in local government law. She is passionate about public action and started her career as a Parliamentary Attaché to then move to becoming an Advisor in charge of relations with the parliament and its elected officials in the office of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health (2014-2017). 
 
Thanks to her experience within public and institutional spheres, her knowledge of the French territories and political challenges, gives her the opportunity to develop an offer of public affairs consulting at EKNO since 2018. 
 
Today, she supports companies and their leaders in building influencing strategies at a regional and national scale.

Alexia Cottin – Administrative and financial assistant

A graduate of IGS Lyon (Master 2 Ressources Humaines) and ESC Clermont (Master 2 Grande Ecole), Alexia was administrative and financial assistant in a telecommunications laboratory at INSA Lyon (2016-2017), then administrative and financial manager in several units at ENS Lyon (2017-2019) before joining EKNO as part of the administrative team.

Angéline Faivre – Office Manager

With 15 years of experience in office management and supporting executives in administration and business management, Angéline has acquired solid knowledge in budget-analysis, human resources, communication and event planning. 
 
Successively Executive Assistant within La Financière / Food Leisure Investment Company, then KEBOMED France, and finally Office Manager & Executive Assistant at UTWIN Assurances, Angéline joined EKNO last April 2023 to support the agency’s new development course.

Aurélie Buffone – Deputy Managing Director

Aurélie started her career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Avant-Première Design Graphique. Three years later, she joins Barré et Associés/Zebrand as a Branding & Packaging Project Manager. From 2010, as a Senior Consultant at Kaélia/Groupe Insign, she refines her expertise in corporate communication consulting alongside companies and institutions combining the challenges from the public and private spheres. She joins EKNO in 2014 as a Consulting Director and then became a partner in 2019.  
 
With 20 years of experience in communication consulting agency, Aurélie supports today, brands, companies, territories and organizations with their identity challenges, strategy, public communication and territorial marketing, adopting a B2B approach inspired by her knowledge of public-private structures and networks.  
 
In her Deputy Managing Director role, Aurélie supervises the agency’s Management and Human Resources.  

Blandine Nicot – Junior Consultant

Blandine graduated with a master’s degree in Global Communication & Influence Strategies at ISEG Lyon, she joined EKNO in 2021 for her last two years of study on a work-study basis. Since 2023, she has been durably integrated into the agency as a Junior Consultant. Within the team, Blandine contributes to structuring brand identity projects and leads large-scale internal and external editorial projects to support her clients’ strategic deployments.  

Caitline Grammont – Account Director

  
Caitline graduated with a master’s degree in Editorial Engineering and Communication at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and a License Degree in Modern Literature Applied to Communication at La Sorbonne. She began her career as a Junior Press Attaché at Belfond français (2014-2015) before joining the Hopscotch agency as a PR & Influence Consultant (2015-2018). She then joined the international food delivery company Just Eat (2018-2021) as an RP & Influence Manager. Caitline has close to 10 years of experience in press relation strategy, corporate communication and project management.   

Camille Champelovier – Senior Consultant

Camille graduated from the Sup de Pub school in Lyon, she starts her career by joining Brainstorming agency as an Assistant Brand Manager. She then shapes a B2C commercial experience as a point-of-sale manager at the clothing brand Claudie Pierlot to develop her customer relations and management skills. Finally, with her newly learned skills, she joined the agency Elvis for 5 years as a Project Manager before becoming Account Manager. After those 7 years of experience, Camille has made customer relations and her consulting strength real assets.  

Carole Chevrier – Consulting Director 

Carole graduated from a master’s degree in political sciences and a master’s degree in Territorial Economic Development, she has been supporting, for more than 15 years, mid-cap and larger groups leaders with their development projects and in strengthening their territorial roots.  
Her successive experiences within public and parapublic structures in the Lyon region (CCI, MEDEF, Métropole de Lyon) and, within the National ETI Direction of KPMG France have helped her acquire a refined knowledge of the economic and institutional network and sector strategies at regional and national level.  
Consulting Director within EKNO since Mars 2023, Carole advises and supports our clients with their issue of influence, communication and territorial anchoring.  

Catherine Azoulay – Deputy Managing Director

Catherine started her career as an Internal Communication Officer and then became an External Communication Manager, in charge of international coordination at the Danone group. She deepened her knowledge in corporate communication internationally in advertising before being at the service of EKNO’s clients. She joined the agency founded a year earlier, in 2012, as a consultant and then became a Senior Consultant before becoming Consulting Director and partner in 2019.  
   
Catherine supports the companies and institutions in defining their fundamentals of identity, to support their project, reveal their singularity and foster dialogue with their stakeholders. In her Deputy Managing Director role, Catherine supervises the agency’s communication and strategic planning  

 

Chloé Calvy – Artistic Director

Chloé graduated with a Bachelor of fine arts & digital design in 2020, she then joined the ZEBRAND team at the end of her studies as a Junior Graphic Designer.  
 
She worked specifically on visual identity graphic design, and on the creation of publishing documents and digital medium for 3 years. Since 2023 she puts her skills at the service of corporate challenges and B2B at EKNO as a Junior Artistic Director. 

Chris Cuenca – Creative Director

For more than 20 years, Chris has helped companies and brands in the design of their communications. As a Graphic Designer with Avant-Premiere agency, and then as an Artistic Director at Kaelia, Chris expresses his talent in the design and deployment of corporate identity to serve the strategy of companies and institutions.  
 
He then joined the ZEBRAND agency as a Senior Artistic Director, where he took responsibility for the studio and supported brand strategies and their corporate and product variations. Chris is a Creative Director at EKNO since 2023.  

Cécile Millet – Account Director

Cécile graduated with a master’s degree in management and strategic communication from IAE, Lyon 3. She successively worked as a Press Correspondent for the paper Le Progès for 4 years (2005-2008), as a Communication Officer at AREVA (2007-2008) and as an Internal Communication Manager in two affiliates of the APRIL group (2009-2028).   
To this date, Cécile has more than 15 years of experience in internal communication strategy, management, employer branding, internal events and support for internal transformation projects.

CÉLIA RINGEVAL – Senior Media & Web Consultant 

A graduate of the Aix-Marseille school of journalism and communication (EJCAM), Célia has been working for more than 10 years in the digital communication field, and more than 7 years in media relations within the Amalthea agency (which joined EKNO in Mars 2024).   
 
With her hybrid media and web profile, she supports her clients in specifying and implementing their digital communication strategies, such as social media account management, blogging, SEO, training & monitoring, as well as in PR, to develop their media visibility and their e-influence. The sectors that she prefers are IT and logistics 

Clara Boudinaud – Junior Consultant

After graduating with a master’s degree in political sciences at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and, a specialization in public communication and influence at the EFAP in Lille, Clara joined EKNO as a Junior Consultant. During her studies she was able to carry out various experiences in relation to the European Project within the Maison de l’Europe in Rennes as well as the Liaison Office of the European Parliament in Paris. She therefore acquired expertise in public relations and public communication.  

CLARA TONTI – Media Consultant 

Clara is a graduate from EFAP Lyon. She joined the Amalthea agency’s Parisian office at the beginning of 2023 (Amalthea joined EKNO in Mars 2024), after her first experiences at the Métropole du Grand Nancy and at Publicis Consultants. 

Clara supports innovative players linked to the environmental transition, more specifically in the water sector, as well as health, energy, higher education and research players.  

 

Constance Lozet – Consulting Director – Partner

 

Constance graduated from Sciences Po Lyon and had another master’s degree in communication from Paris-Est. She was first a consultant within the public relations and corporate communications agency i&e (2007-2008). She then moved on to the international consulting agency Fleishman Hillard (Omnicom PR Group – 2009-2013).  
   
With 15 years of experience in consulting firm, Constance supports companies and institutions with the management of their sensitive challenges (crisis communication, transformation, change support) and in their communication of opinion (influence, media relations).

Coradine Sersiron – Senior Consultant

With a Master’s degree in Press, Public Relations and Events from ISEG Lyon, Coradine has nearly 10 years’ experience in communications strategy, press relations and project management. After 8 years at the Amalthea agency (recently integrated into Ekno) and 1 year as communications manager for a company in Auvergne, she combines her international experience (USA, China) to help her customers define and carry out effective communications strategies, to develop their media visibility and e-influence.

Delphine Boussès – Consulting Director

Delphine has been combining meaning and sensitivity to support her clients’ content strategies for nearly 15 years. She graduated from a master’s degree (year 1) in Philosophy, specialized in image issues and visual semantic, in 2010 at the EFAP Lyon (French School of Press Attachés and Communication Professionals). Once done, she first sharpened her literary skills as an editor-copywriter for the NRJ group. She followed by going into the associative sector, where she participated in the launch and development of the first branch of the Refuge in Lyon, as a Communication Officer. 
 
Delphine then joined Théra, where she worked first as a Project Manager and then as a Consulting Director. Over there, she acquired substantial experience in brand strategy and content creation for international companies. Driven by her passion for photography and video, that she practices in her own time, she initiated and developed the audiovisual division of the agency. She both writes and creates company films and events (projection mapping, immersive domes, etc.). Delphine is, from 2023, Consultant Director, specialized in content creation and audiovisual at EKNO. 

Émilie Content – Consultant

After two years at the IUT of Lyon, Emilie went to Vilnius (Lithuania) for a year, to study for a License Degree in Economics and Management. She then continued her studies at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, where she graduated with a master’s degree in marketing and business Consulting. Her first two experiences in branding & brand strategy agencies – Lonsdale and 4uatre – gave her the desire to continue this path by supporting companies and organizations in their key moments of transformation. She worked for 3 years at Lonsdale as Branding Consultant to advise her clients on their brand strategy, identity and expression challenges. Emilie then joins the EKNO’s team in January 2024 as an Identity and Brand Strategy Consultant.  

FLORIANE GOUACHE – Consulting Director – Partner

Floriane is a graduate of Audencia (ESC Nantes). For more than 20 years, she has been working in PR related to innovation and has already helped more than 40 companies and public organizations in their reputation strategy.   
 
First Press Attaché at IBM, then France PR manager for the professional software editor Avanquest, she finally joined Amalthea in Lyon in 2017.  
   
In 2010, she opens the Parisian agency that she manages and develops up to 2016 before coming back to the Lyon office. Floriane particularly worked for the repositioning of Amalthea as an agency committed to supporting those involved in major transitions.   
 
Partner of Amalthea since 2019, she has been a Partner of EKNO since March 2024 due to the merger of the two agencies.  

Floriane Vial – Senior Consultant

After graduating with a License Degree in Global Communication at the ISCPA and, a master’s degree (2 years) in branding Strategy at the IDRAC, Floriane joined Insign as a Corporate Communication Consultant, for both private and public clients. 
Floriane has today more than 10 years of experience in identity and brand strategy, employer branding, institutional communication and territorial marketing.

Franck Bourbon – Consulting Director – Partner

After graduating from Sciences Po Lyon, Frank worked for TBWA/Corporate as a Net Influence Consultant in charge of creating conversational strategies and online identities, as well as developing communication strategies and e-influence for the Minister of Economy and Finance, Frank then came back to Lyon. He worked for the MMAP agency before creating the Satori&Partners agency. Being a teacher and tutor at Sciences-Po, he has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and public communication, consulting on various topics such as identity, employer branding, territorial attractiveness, crisis management, editorial and digital strategies.  
Before joining the agency in 2019, Franck was a privileged partner within EKNO&Co for 2 years.

François Lapointe – Audiovisual Media Creation Director

For more than 25 years, François has been creating stories at first, as a designer, and then as a photographer and filmmaker. Being a graduate from Industrial Design from Strate Paris, he has been a designer for 10 years: working on objects creation, signage, interfaces… He began his career in Lyon at Avant-Première, then went to 3e-Oeil in Paris before finally creating his own agency in Lyon, which he will take all the way to Hong-Kong. His comeback from Asia meant a professional shift. With his 15 years of experience, he headed towards the universe of images as a photographer and filmmaker. The stories he narrates are those that create the concepts, that make the visions tangible, all tinted and inked by EKNO’s expertise, of which he is the Audiovisual Creation Director since 2024!

Frédérique BERNARD-SABLIERE – Administrative Director

Trained in accounting and business management, Frédérique began her professional career in the cultural field. She worked as a Director of Communication and Administration of various places, from live entertainment to book industry. She created her operational services company of outsourced supports functions in 2008. She supported and advised self-employed, VSDs and SMBs in the daily management of their activity. Furthermore, she also leads the training organization Côté Compétences 
 
Since 2008, she has supported the AMALTHEA team as an Office Manager and is today Administrative Director within EKNO.  

Gaëlle Perrier – Consultant

Graduated with a master’s degree from the Communication School of Sciences Po Paris, Gaëlle has placed strategic and creative excellence at the heart of her agency career.   
Consultant and Development Officer for 4 years at BETC, she supported major brands in the deployment of their strategy (i.e.: L’Oréal, Crédit Agricole, Leroy-Merlin, YSL Beauté, Europcar, SNCF or Hennessy). She is also interested in supporting and structuring the company’s CSR commitments and speech.   

Hubert Jarry – Artistic Director

Hubert graduated with a master’s degree from ESDI (Ecole Supérieure de Design Industriel – Industrial Design), which became CREAPOLE in Paris, with a specialization in graphic design. He built his career in agency and joined Studio Publi-Création News in Paris in 1994, he then joined McCANN Santé Lyon in 1999 to support pharmaceutical laboratories’ communication such as: Sanofi, Roche, Pfizer, Novartis, GSK… Since 2008, he works as Artistic Director at Théra, which recently became EKNO.

Jean-Marc Atlan – CEO

Jean-Marc graduated from EM Lyon Business School in Finance and Strategy; he then did a master’s degree in communication from ESCP. He has worked successively as a Strategic Planning Director at Burson-Marsteller (1994-1997), then as a Strategy and Communication Director at the April Group (1997-2003) and finally as a Founder and Director for the consulting agency in corporate communication Kaelia (2003-2011).  
He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of strategy and communication with industrial and services companies, as well as with local public stakeholders. His expertise is broad and varied (strategy, identity, financial communication and investors relations, opinion and crisis communication).

Jérôme Millet – Artistic Director

With 25 years of experience in the print and motion design industries, Jérôme has several strings to his creative bow. A graduate of Applied Arts, he became studio manager at the Blondeau agency in 1997, and then joined the Viking agency for 6 years. Jérôme then pursued his career at Théra (now EKNO) in 2005 as an Artistic Director with varied skills in print, identity and video (motion design)

JULIE BARBARAS – Deputy Managing Director

Julie is a graduate of Sciences Po, Paris. She has more than 25 years of experience in B2B, and corporate media relations related to innovation and industry.   
 
After multiple experiences within agencies, Julie founded the media relations consulting agency in 2004 which she managed and developed for 20 years.   
 
Since March 2004, following the merger of Amalthea and EKNO, Julie has been a Deputy Managing Director, CSR Executive and Partner.   
 
Julie is also Vice-President of the French Public Relations Council Union (SCRP), Representative of the AuRA delegation, and a member of the board of the Rhône-Alpes Alumnis Sciences Po AuRA (of which she has been the President for many years).  

Kasia Juszkiewicz – Artistic Director

Graduated from a master’s degree at L’Académie des Beaux-Arts in visual expression and graphic conception, Kasia expands her training with a master’s degree in design, graphics and packaging at the Blaise Pascale University of Clermont-Ferrand in 2008. She alternates experiences between agency and freelance work for 7 years, and then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2015 as an Artistic Director.  

Laura Basset – Senior Consultant

Laura graduated with a master’s degree Grande Ecole in digital marketing from Montpellier Business School. She started her career as a Social Media Project Manager in Australia. She then worked for more than 5 years, as a project manager for the Hospices Civils de Lyon brand. There, she led the development and the deployment of France’s first hospital brand policy. Laura has 8 years of experience in brand strategy, institutional communication, employer branding and digital marketing. 

Marlène Daneluzzi – Account Director

Marlène graduated with a degree from EFAP Lyon (communication school). She successively worked as a Project Manager (2007-2011) within the event agency Package Organization, she then moved to the role of Account Manager within the BU Innovative Meeting Solutions (2011-2013), and finally worked as a Strategic Development Project Director (2013-2016) within the GL events group. 
Marlène has close to 10 years of experience in project management agency (congress and international conferences), content creation and strategic development.  

MONA HASSANI – Media Consultant

Mona graduated with a master’s degree in communication politics and organization development, from Paris Saclay. She has been, since the middle of 2022, a PR Consultant at Amalthea (which joined EKNO in March 2024).  
   
Before joining Amalthea, Mona worked for 2 years in the communications department at the Mérieux Institute in Lyon in a work-study program.  
   
Mona has a strong knowledge of media relations within the industry, engineering, innovation and digital sectors, at a national and regional level.  

MURIELLE MAZAU – Account Director

Murielle is a graduate from EFAP Lyon, for 15 years she has been working in media relations, 12 of which have been within Amalthea’s Lyon agency (which joined EKNO in March 2024).   
 
She has varied experiences with players in the energy sector (solar, hydrogen, marine energies, energetic restoration of buildings…), higher education (engineering schools), and industry.   
 
Murielle guides her clients in their strategy of media visibility to favor their reputation both regionally and throughout the country.  

Nathalie Midol – Account Director

Nathalie graduated from Sciences PO Lyon and a DESS in political and social communication in Pars I – Panthéon-Sorbonne.  
She started her career as a research analyst at the Secretary of State for Humanitarian Crisis Response. After 3 years, she joined Patrimoine et Avenir as a Communication Officer, and then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2000.  
Today she works as an Account Director, more particularly in the health sector, and supports the strategies and content production for our clients.

Nicolas Vigliengo – Artistic Director

Since Nicolas graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Lyon, he has forged his experience at Publicis Lyon as a graphic designer and then as the studio coordinator at the Rhône Alpes agency. During his career, Nicolas developed his expertise in print and became a specialist in motion / 3D. He then joined EKNO’s studio in Mars 2023.

Océane Camus – Junior Consultant

After obtaining a license degree in Political Sciences, Océane heads towards public relations, reputation and influence and ends her studies with a master’s degree in companies and organizations institutional communication on a work-study basis. 
For 2 years she worked as a Communication Officer and press relations at GRDF’s Ain Rhône Lyon Métropole territorial delegation. In October 2023, she joins EKNO’s team as a junior consultant.  

Pauline Liabeuf – Directrice Générale Déléguée

Internal Communication Officer within the April group, and then Manager of Internal Communication and CSR projects for 3 years at Danone Benelux, Pauline joins EKNO in 2012 as a Consultant. She then successively became Senior Consultant, Consulting Director and Partner in 2019.  
   
With her dual expertise in agency, company and as an active member at l’Association Française of internal communication (AFIC), Pauline has developed, throughout her career, an expert understanding of the issues of management, internal and managerial communications as well as employer branding. Alongside her commitment to EKNO, she led an entrepreneurial journey for about 10 years in restaurant management.  
   
Today, as a Deputy Managing Director, Pauline oversees finances and the life in the agency. 

Quentin Lafont – Photographer, Videographer, Editor

Quentin is a graduate of graphic communication (CREASUD). He built his career around his passions: photography and video. He started his career as a professional Photographer at the Olympique Lyonnais, and then went to the Museum of Confluences before joining Théra (now EKNO) in 2022. Since 2017, he also worked freelance, which allowed him to go to the Nuits De Fourvière every two years.  

Raphaël Atlan – Social Media Manager

Raphaël is a digital native, for more than 7 years he advises and supports brands on social media. Graduated in institutional communication at the ISCPA and in strategic information management from Sciences Po AIX, he steps in as a Community Manager freelancer within EKNO. Raphaël works with companies and leaders to guide them on social media matters, adding value to their public speaking and personal image.  

Raphaëlle Genin Martinez – Consulting Director
With 15 years of experience, of which 12 have been dedicated to the health field, Raphaëlle has built a solid expertise and strong network. She can design and drive multichannel action plans capable of addressing companies’ challenges while responding to public health interests. Partner Director at HL Conseil agency, then Institutional communication and Media Relations Manager within the PRPA agency, she joined the AMGEM Laboratory in 2019 as a Communications & Patient Association Relations Manager. Today, Raphaëlle strengthened EKNO’s health expertise as a Consulting Director. 

SOPHIE ROUSSET – Account Director

Sophie is a graduate of the École Supérieure de commerce de Clermont-Ferrand and from the CFPJ. She started her career in 2010 as a Press Attaché for the mayor of Clermont-Ferrand, and then in the press department of La Poste Group.   
 
In 2017, Sophie joins the Parisian office of Amalthea (which joined EKNO in March 2024). She has a strong knowledge of media relations for institutional players in the sectors of innovation, higher education and research, energetic transition and of the digital.   
 
She helps her clients with the elaboration of press support and media monitoring strategies to strengthen their reputation.

Thibaut Jouvet – Events Projects Director

Thibaut graduated with a master’s degree in management of small and medium-sized structures from Claude Bernard University, Lyon 1, as well as a master’s degree in healthcare industries marketing at IMS Lyon. He rapidly turned his career towards events management and more specifically congress and conferences management within the Package Organization agency (now live by GL events). After 8 years in this industry, Thibaut joins Théra (now EKNO) in 2013, as Events Projects Director. With nearly 19 years of experience, he supports our clients in the management and events production in France and internationally.  

Thomas Gasser  – Senior Consultant 

Thomas graduated with a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon, as well as an executive MBA at HEC Paris. He is an entrepreneur, driven by the will to build and create (he has built two companies). His expertise goes from aviation, to teaching and leisure activities. For more than 10 years he has worked alongside as a B2B and B2C digital and event projects consultant and thus accompanies Théra (now EKNO) with this expertise since 2021.  

Vincent Voegel – Digital Consulting Director 

Trained in illustration and animation, Vincent gained his experience by working as an Illustrator alongside various communication agencies.  
In 1996, he joins one of the first Lyon-based web agencies as an Artistic Director to then move on to Web Project Director.  
After getting addicted to digital and its potential, Vincent started his own web marketing agency in 2001, where he has supported and advised companies for 23 years.   
With his agency he helped companies with their digital strategy and operational implementation: web platform (internet/extranet/intranet) and UX design, SEO optimization, outsourcing of the webmaster’s technical and marketing functions. 

Xavier Cayla – Graphics Designer

Xavier graduated with a BTS in advertising. Since 1992, his career has been in the design industry where he successively worked for B&V Communication in Besançon, then at the journal of the military air base 200 as well as in various agencies, as a Graphics Designer and PAO/Multimedia Instructor. He then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2001 as a Graphics Designer.  

 

Xavier Dullin – Deputy Managing Director

Founder and CEO of Package Organisation, which has become an affiliate of GL Events in 1999, Xavier joined the Théra agency in 2013 as a General Executive Director. He develops the event department, at the service of Mérieux Institute affiliates, as well as other public, economic and institutional players of the territory.   
As a Deputy Managing Director, Xavier manages the event division at EKNO. He expands the agency’s value chain with expert knowledge on professional internal and general public event design and realization.  

Alexandra Jouvet – Consulting Director 

Alexandra is a graduate in public law, specializing in local government law. She is passionate about public action and started her career as a Parliamentary Attaché to then move to becoming an Advisor in charge of relations with the parliament and its elected officials in the office of the Minister of Social Affairs and Health (2014-2017). 
 
Thanks to her experience within public and institutional spheres, her knowledge of the French territories and political challenges, gives her the opportunity to develop an offer of public affairs consulting at EKNO since 2018. 
 
Today, she supports companies and their leaders in building influencing strategies at a regional and national scale.

Alexia Cottin – Administrative and financial assistant

A graduate of IGS Lyon (Master 2 Ressources Humaines) and ESC Clermont (Master 2 Grande Ecole), Alexia was administrative and financial assistant in a telecommunications laboratory at INSA Lyon (2016-2017), then administrative and financial manager in several units at ENS Lyon (2017-2019) before joining EKNO as part of the administrative team.

Angéline Faivre – Office Manager

With 15 years of experience in office management and supporting executives in administration and business management, Angéline has acquired solid knowledge in budget-analysis, human resources, communication and event planning. 
 
Successively Executive Assistant within La Financière / Food Leisure Investment Company, then KEBOMED France, and finally Office Manager & Executive Assistant at UTWIN Assurances, Angéline joined EKNO last April 2023 to support the agency’s new development course.

Aurélie Buffone – Deputy Managing Director

Aurélie started her career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Avant-Première Design Graphique. Three years later, she joins Barré et Associés/Zebrand as a Branding & Packaging Project Manager. From 2010, as a Senior Consultant at Kaélia/Groupe Insign, she refines her expertise in corporate communication consulting alongside companies and institutions combining the challenges from the public and private spheres. She joins EKNO in 2014 as a Consulting Director and then became a partner in 2019.  
 
With 20 years of experience in communication consulting agency, Aurélie supports today, brands, companies, territories and organizations with their identity challenges, strategy, public communication and territorial marketing, adopting a B2B approach inspired by her knowledge of public-private structures and networks.  
 
In her Deputy Managing Director role, Aurélie supervises the agency’s Management and Human Resources.  

Blandine Nicot – Junior Consultant

Blandine graduated with a master’s degree in Global Communication & Influence Strategies at ISEG Lyon, she joined EKNO in 2021 for her last two years of study on a work-study basis. Since 2023, she has been durably integrated into the agency as a Junior Consultant. Within the team, Blandine contributes to structuring brand identity projects and leads large-scale internal and external editorial projects to support her clients’ strategic deployments.  

Caitline Grammont – Account Director

  
Caitline graduated with a master’s degree in Editorial Engineering and Communication at the University of Cergy-Pontoise, and a License Degree in Modern Literature Applied to Communication at La Sorbonne. She began her career as a Junior Press Attaché at Belfond français (2014-2015) before joining the Hopscotch agency as a PR & Influence Consultant (2015-2018). She then joined the international food delivery company Just Eat (2018-2021) as an RP & Influence Manager. Caitline has close to 10 years of experience in press relation strategy, corporate communication and project management.   

Camille Champelovier – Senior Consultant

Camille graduated from the Sup de Pub school in Lyon, she starts her career by joining Brainstorming agency as an Assistant Brand Manager. She then shapes a B2C commercial experience as a point-of-sale manager at the clothing brand Claudie Pierlot to develop her customer relations and management skills. Finally, with her newly learned skills, she joined the agency Elvis for 5 years as a Project Manager before becoming Account Manager. After those 7 years of experience, Camille has made customer relations and her consulting strength real assets.  

Carole Chevrier – Consulting Director 

Carole graduated from a master’s degree in political sciences and a master’s degree in Territorial Economic Development, she has been supporting, for more than 15 years, mid-cap and larger groups leaders with their development projects and in strengthening their territorial roots.  
Her successive experiences within public and parapublic structures in the Lyon region (CCI, MEDEF, Métropole de Lyon) and, within the National ETI Direction of KPMG France have helped her acquire a refined knowledge of the economic and institutional network and sector strategies at regional and national level.  
Consulting Director within EKNO since Mars 2023, Carole advises and supports our clients with their issue of influence, communication and territorial anchoring.  

Catherine Azoulay – Deputy Managing Director

Catherine started her career as an Internal Communication Officer and then became an External Communication Manager, in charge of international coordination at the Danone group. She deepened her knowledge in corporate communication internationally in advertising before being at the service of EKNO’s clients. She joined the agency founded a year earlier, in 2012, as a consultant and then became a Senior Consultant before becoming Consulting Director and partner in 2019.  
   
Catherine supports the companies and institutions in defining their fundamentals of identity, to support their project, reveal their singularity and foster dialogue with their stakeholders. In her Deputy Managing Director role, Catherine supervises the agency’s communication and strategic planning  

 

Chloé Calvy – Artistic Director

Chloé graduated with a Bachelor of fine arts & digital design in 2020, she then joined the ZEBRAND team at the end of her studies as a Junior Graphic Designer.  
 
She worked specifically on visual identity graphic design, and on the creation of publishing documents and digital medium for 3 years. Since 2023 she puts her skills at the service of corporate challenges and B2B at EKNO as a Junior Artistic Director. 

Chris Cuenca – Creative Director

For more than 20 years, Chris has helped companies and brands in the design of their communications. As a Graphic Designer with Avant-Premiere agency, and then as an Artistic Director at Kaelia, Chris expresses his talent in the design and deployment of corporate identity to serve the strategy of companies and institutions.  
 
He then joined the ZEBRAND agency as a Senior Artistic Director, where he took responsibility for the studio and supported brand strategies and their corporate and product variations. Chris is a Creative Director at EKNO since 2023.  

Cécile Millet – Account Director

Cécile graduated with a master’s degree in management and strategic communication from IAE, Lyon 3. She successively worked as a Press Correspondent for the paper Le Progès for 4 years (2005-2008), as a Communication Officer at AREVA (2007-2008) and as an Internal Communication Manager in two affiliates of the APRIL group (2009-2028).   
To this date, Cécile has more than 15 years of experience in internal communication strategy, management, employer branding, internal events and support for internal transformation projects.

CÉLIA RINGEVAL – Senior Media & Web Consultant 

A graduate of the Aix-Marseille school of journalism and communication (EJCAM), Célia has been working for more than 10 years in the digital communication field, and more than 7 years in media relations within the Amalthea agency (which joined EKNO in Mars 2024).   
 
With her hybrid media and web profile, she supports her clients in specifying and implementing their digital communication strategies, such as social media account management, blogging, SEO, training & monitoring, as well as in PR, to develop their media visibility and their e-influence. The sectors that she prefers are IT and logistics 

Clara Boudinaud – Junior Consultant

After graduating with a master’s degree in political sciences at the Université Libre de Bruxelles and, a specialization in public communication and influence at the EFAP in Lille, Clara joined EKNO as a Junior Consultant. During her studies she was able to carry out various experiences in relation to the European Project within the Maison de l’Europe in Rennes as well as the Liaison Office of the European Parliament in Paris. She therefore acquired expertise in public relations and public communication.  

CLARA TONTI – Media Consultant 

Clara is a graduate from EFAP Lyon. She joined the Amalthea agency’s Parisian office at the beginning of 2023 (Amalthea joined EKNO in Mars 2024), after her first experiences at the Métropole du Grand Nancy and at Publicis Consultants. 

Clara supports innovative players linked to the environmental transition, more specifically in the water sector, as well as health, energy, higher education and research players.  

 

Constance Lozet – Consulting Director – Partner

 

Constance graduated from Sciences Po Lyon and had another master’s degree in communication from Paris-Est. She was first a consultant within the public relations and corporate communications agency i&e (2007-2008). She then moved on to the international consulting agency Fleishman Hillard (Omnicom PR Group – 2009-2013).  
   
With 15 years of experience in consulting firm, Constance supports companies and institutions with the management of their sensitive challenges (crisis communication, transformation, change support) and in their communication of opinion (influence, media relations).

Coradine Sersiron – Senior Consultant

With a Master’s degree in Press, Public Relations and Events from ISEG Lyon, Coradine has nearly 10 years’ experience in communications strategy, press relations and project management. After 8 years at the Amalthea agency (recently integrated into Ekno) and 1 year as communications manager for a company in Auvergne, she combines her international experience (USA, China) to help her customers define and carry out effective communications strategies, to develop their media visibility and e-influence.

Delphine Boussès – Consulting Director

Delphine has been combining meaning and sensitivity to support her clients’ content strategies for nearly 15 years. She graduated from a master’s degree (year 1) in Philosophy, specialized in image issues and visual semantic, in 2010 at the EFAP Lyon (French School of Press Attachés and Communication Professionals). Once done, she first sharpened her literary skills as an editor-copywriter for the NRJ group. She followed by going into the associative sector, where she participated in the launch and development of the first branch of the Refuge in Lyon, as a Communication Officer. 
 
Delphine then joined Théra, where she worked first as a Project Manager and then as a Consulting Director. Over there, she acquired substantial experience in brand strategy and content creation for international companies. Driven by her passion for photography and video, that she practices in her own time, she initiated and developed the audiovisual division of the agency. She both writes and creates company films and events (projection mapping, immersive domes, etc.). Delphine is, from 2023, Consultant Director, specialized in content creation and audiovisual at EKNO. 

Émilie Content – Consultant

After two years at the IUT of Lyon, Emilie went to Vilnius (Lithuania) for a year, to study for a License Degree in Economics and Management. She then continued her studies at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, where she graduated with a master’s degree in marketing and business Consulting. Her first two experiences in branding & brand strategy agencies – Lonsdale and 4uatre – gave her the desire to continue this path by supporting companies and organizations in their key moments of transformation. She worked for 3 years at Lonsdale as Branding Consultant to advise her clients on their brand strategy, identity and expression challenges. Emilie then joins the EKNO’s team in January 2024 as an Identity and Brand Strategy Consultant.  

FLORIANE GOUACHE – Consulting Director – Partner

Floriane is a graduate of Audencia (ESC Nantes). For more than 20 years, she has been working in PR related to innovation and has already helped more than 40 companies and public organizations in their reputation strategy.   
 
First Press Attaché at IBM, then France PR manager for the professional software editor Avanquest, she finally joined Amalthea in Lyon in 2017.  
   
In 2010, she opens the Parisian agency that she manages and develops up to 2016 before coming back to the Lyon office. Floriane particularly worked for the repositioning of Amalthea as an agency committed to supporting those involved in major transitions.   
 
Partner of Amalthea since 2019, she has been a Partner of EKNO since March 2024 due to the merger of the two agencies.  

Floriane Vial – Senior Consultant

After graduating with a License Degree in Global Communication at the ISCPA and, a master’s degree (2 years) in branding Strategy at the IDRAC, Floriane joined Insign as a Corporate Communication Consultant, for both private and public clients. 
Floriane has today more than 10 years of experience in identity and brand strategy, employer branding, institutional communication and territorial marketing.

Franck Bourbon – Consulting Director – Partner

After graduating from Sciences Po Lyon, Frank worked for TBWA/Corporate as a Net Influence Consultant in charge of creating conversational strategies and online identities, as well as developing communication strategies and e-influence for the Minister of Economy and Finance, Frank then came back to Lyon. He worked for the MMAP agency before creating the Satori&Partners agency. Being a teacher and tutor at Sciences-Po, he has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and public communication, consulting on various topics such as identity, employer branding, territorial attractiveness, crisis management, editorial and digital strategies.  
Before joining the agency in 2019, Franck was a privileged partner within EKNO&Co for 2 years. 

François Lapointe – Audiovisual Media Creation Director

For more than 25 years, François has been creating stories at first, as a designer, and then as a photographer and filmmaker. Being a graduate from Industrial Design from Strate Paris, he has been a designer for 10 years: working on objects creation, signage, interfaces… He began his career in Lyon at Avant-Première, then went to 3e-Oeil in Paris before finally creating his own agency in Lyon, which he will take all the way to Hong-Kong. His comeback from Asia meant a professional shift. With his 15 years of experience, he headed towards the universe of images as a photographer and filmmaker. The stories he narrates are those that create the concepts, that make the visions tangible, all tinted and inked by EKNO’s expertise, of which he is the Audiovisual Creation Director since 2024!

Frédérique BERNARD-SABLIERE – Administrative Director

Trained in accounting and business management, Frédérique began her professional career in the cultural field. She worked as a Director of Communication and Administration of various places, from live entertainment to book industry. She created her operational services company of outsourced supports functions in 2008. She supported and advised self-employed, VSDs and SMBs in the daily management of their activity. Furthermore, she also leads the training organization Côté Compétences 
 
Since 2008, she has supported the AMALTHEA team as an Office Manager and is today Administrative Director within EKNO.

Gaëlle Perrier – Consultant

Graduated with a master’s degree from the Communication School of Sciences Po Paris, Gaëlle has placed strategic and creative excellence at the heart of her agency career.   
Consultant and Development Officer for 4 years at BETC, she supported major brands in the deployment of their strategy (i.e.: L’Oréal, Crédit Agricole, Leroy-Merlin, YSL Beauté, Europcar, SNCF or Hennessy). She is also interested in supporting and structuring the company’s CSR commitments and speech.   

Hubert Jarry – Artistic Director

Hubert graduated with a master’s degree from ESDI (Ecole Supérieure de Design Industriel – Industrial Design), which became CREAPOLE in Paris, with a specialization in graphic design. He built his career in agency and joined Studio Publi-Création News in Paris in 1994, he then joined McCANN Santé Lyon in 1999 to support pharmaceutical laboratories’ communication such as: Sanofi, Roche, Pfizer, Novartis, GSK… Since 2008, he works as Artistic Director at Théra, which recently became EKNO.

Jean-Marc Atlan – CEO

Jean-Marc graduated from EM Lyon Business School in Finance and Strategy; he then did a master’s degree in communication from ESCP. He has worked successively as a Strategic Planning Director at Burson-Marsteller (1994-1997), then as a Strategy and Communication Director at the April Group (1997-2003) and finally as a Founder and Director for the consulting agency in corporate communication Kaelia (2003-2011).  
He has more than 30 years of experience in the fields of strategy and communication with industrial and services companies, as well as with local public stakeholders. His expertise is broad and varied (strategy, identity, financial communication and investors relations, opinion and crisis communication).

Jérôme Millet – Artistic Director

With 25 years of experience in the print and motion design industries, Jérôme has several strings to his creative bow. A graduate of Applied Arts, he became studio manager at the Blondeau agency in 1997, and then joined the Viking agency for 6 years. Jérôme then pursued his career at Théra (now EKNO) in 2005 as an Artistic Director with varied skills in print, identity and video (motion design)

JULIE BARBARAS – Deputy Managing Director

Julie is a graduate of Sciences Po, Paris. She has more than 25 years of experience in B2B, and corporate media relations related to innovation and industry.   
 
After multiple experiences within agencies, Julie founded the media relations consulting agency in 2004 which she managed and developed for 20 years.   
 
Since March 2004, following the merger of Amalthea and EKNO, Julie has been a Deputy Managing Director, CSR Executive and Partner.   
 
Julie is also Vice-President of the French Public Relations Council Union (SCRP), Representative of the AuRA delegation, and a member of the board of the Rhône-Alpes Alumnis Sciences Po AuRA (of which she has been the President for many years).  

Kasia Juszkiewicz – Artistic Director

Graduated from a master’s degree at L’Académie des Beaux-Arts in visual expression and graphic conception, Kasia expands her training with a master’s degree in design, graphics and packaging at the Blaise Pascale University of Clermont-Ferrand in 2008. She alternates experiences between agency and freelance work for 7 years, and then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2015 as an Artistic Director.  

Laura Basset – Senior Consultant

Laura graduated with a master’s degree Grande Ecole in digital marketing from Montpellier Business School. She started her career as a Social Media Project Manager in Australia. She then worked for more than 5 years, as a project manager for the Hospices Civils de Lyon brand. There, she led the development and the deployment of France’s first hospital brand policy. Laura has 8 years of experience in brand strategy, institutional communication, employer branding and digital marketing. 

Marlène Daneluzzi – Account Director

Marlène graduated with a degree from EFAP Lyon (communication school). She successively worked as a Project Manager (2007-2011) within the event agency Package Organization, she then moved to the role of Account Manager within the BU Innovative Meeting Solutions (2011-2013), and finally worked as a Strategic Development Project Director (2013-2016) within the GL events group. 
Marlène has close to 10 years of experience in project management agency (congress and international conferences), content creation and strategic development.  

MONA HASSANI – Media Consultant

Mona graduated with a master’s degree in communication politics and organization development, from Paris Saclay. She has been, since the middle of 2022, a PR Consultant at Amalthea (which joined EKNO in March 2024).  
   
Before joining Amalthea, Mona worked for 2 years in the communications department at the Mérieux Institute in Lyon in a work-study program.  
   
Mona has a strong knowledge of media relations within the industry, engineering, innovation and digital sectors, at a national and regional level.  

MURIELLE MAZAU – Account Director

Murielle is a graduate from EFAP Lyon, for 15 years she has been working in media relations, 12 of which have been within Amalthea’s Lyon agency (which joined EKNO in March 2024).   
 
She has varied experiences with players in the energy sector (solar, hydrogen, marine energies, energetic restoration of buildings…), higher education (engineering schools), and industry.   
 
Murielle guides her clients in their strategy of media visibility to favor their reputation both regionally and throughout the country.  

Nathalie Midol – Account Director

Nathalie graduated from Sciences PO Lyon and a DESS in political and social communication in Pars I – Panthéon-Sorbonne.  
She started her career as a research analyst at the Secretary of State for Humanitarian Crisis Response. After 3 years, she joined Patrimoine et Avenir as a Communication Officer, and then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2000.  
Today she works as an Account Director, more particularly in the health sector, and supports the strategies and content production for our clients.

Nicolas Vigliengo – Artistic Director

Since Nicolas graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Lyon, he has forged his experience at Publicis Lyon as a graphic designer and then as the studio coordinator at the Rhône Alpes agency. During his career, Nicolas developed his expertise in print and became a specialist in motion / 3D. He then joined EKNO’s studio in Mars 2023.

Océane Camus – Junior Consultant

After obtaining a license degree in Political Sciences, Océane heads towards public relations, reputation and influence and ends her studies with a master’s degree in companies and organizations institutional communication on a work-study basis. 
For 2 years she worked as a Communication Officer and press relations at GRDF’s Ain Rhône Lyon Métropole territorial delegation. In October 2023, she joins EKNO’s team as a junior consultant.  

Pauline Liabeuf – Directrice Générale Déléguée

Internal Communication Officer within the April group, and then Manager of Internal Communication and CSR projects for 3 years at Danone Benelux, Pauline joins EKNO in 2012 as a Consultant. She then successively became Senior Consultant, Consulting Director and Partner in 2019.  
   
With her dual expertise in agency, company and as an active member at l’Association Française of internal communication (AFIC), Pauline has developed, throughout her career, an expert understanding of the issues of management, internal and managerial communications as well as employer branding. Alongside her commitment to EKNO, she led an entrepreneurial journey for about 10 years in restaurant management.  
   
Today, as a Deputy Managing Director, Pauline oversees finances and the life in the agency.

Quentin Lafont – Photographer, Videographer, Editor

Quentin is a graduate of graphic communication (CREASUD). He built his career around his passions: photography and video. He started his career as a professional Photographer at the Olympique Lyonnais, and then went to the Museum of Confluences before joining Théra (now EKNO) in 2022. Since 2017, he also worked freelance, which allowed him to go to the Nuits De Fourvière every two years.  

Raphaël Atlan – Social Media Manager

Raphaël is a digital native, for more than 7 years he advises and supports brands on social media. Graduated in institutional communication at the ISCPA and in strategic information management from Sciences Po AIX, he steps in as a Community Manager freelancer within EKNO. Raphaël works with companies and leaders to guide them on social media matters, adding value to their public speaking and personal image.  

Raphaëlle Genin Martinez – Consulting Director
With 15 years of experience, of which 12 have been dedicated to the health field, Raphaëlle has built a solid expertise and strong network. She can design and drive multichannel action plans capable of addressing companies’ challenges while responding to public health interests. Partner Director at HL Conseil agency, then Institutional communication and Media Relations Manager within the PRPA agency, she joined the AMGEM Laboratory in 2019 as a Communications & Patient Association Relations Manager. Today, Raphaëlle strengthened EKNO’s health expertise as a Consulting Director. 

SOPHIE ROUSSET – Account Director

Sophie is a graduate of the École Supérieure de commerce de Clermont-Ferrand and from the CFPJ. She started her career in 2010 as a Press Attaché for the mayor of Clermont-Ferrand, and then in the press department of La Poste Group.   
 
In 2017, Sophie joins the Parisian office of Amalthea (which joined EKNO in March 2024). She has a strong knowledge of media relations for institutional players in the sectors of innovation, higher education and research, energetic transition and of the digital.   
 
She helps her clients with the elaboration of press support and media monitoring strategies to strengthen their reputation.

Thibaut Jouvet – Events Projects Director

Thibaut graduated with a master’s degree in management of small and medium-sized structures from Claude Bernard University, Lyon 1, as well as a master’s degree in healthcare industries marketing at IMS Lyon. He rapidly turned his career towards events management and more specifically congress and conferences management within the Package Organization agency (now live by GL events). After 8 years in this industry, Thibaut joins Théra (now EKNO) in 2013, as Events Projects Director. With nearly 19 years of experience, he supports our clients in the management and events production in France and internationally.  

Thomas Gasser  – Senior Consultant 

Thomas graduated with a master’s degree in management from EM Lyon, as well as an executive MBA at HEC Paris. He is an entrepreneur, driven by the will to build and create (he has built two companies). His expertise goes from aviation, to teaching and leisure activities. For more than 10 years he has worked alongside as a B2B and B2C digital and event projects consultant and thus accompanies Théra (now EKNO) with this expertise since 2021.  

Vincent Voegel – Digital Consulting Director 

Trained in illustration and animation, Vincent gained his experience by working as an Illustrator alongside various communication agencies.  
In 1996, he joins one of the first Lyon-based web agencies as an Artistic Director to then move on to Web Project Director.  
After getting addicted to digital and its potential, Vincent started his own web marketing agency in 2001, where he has supported and advised companies for 23 years.   
With his agency he helped companies with their digital strategy and operational implementation: web platform (internet/extranet/intranet) and UX design, SEO optimization, outsourcing of the webmaster’s technical and marketing functions. 

Xavier Cayla – Graphics Designer

Xavier graduated with a BTS in advertising. Since 1992, his career has been in the design industry where he successively worked for B&V Communication in Besançon, then at the journal of the military air base 200 as well as in various agencies, as a Graphics Designer and PAO/Multimedia Instructor. He then joined Théra (now EKNO) in 2001 as a Graphics Designer.  

 

Xavier Dullin – Deputy Managing Director

Founder and CEO of Package Organisation, which has become an affiliate of GL Events in 1999, Xavier joined the Théra agency in 2013 as a General Executive Director. He develops the event department, at the service of Mérieux Institute affiliates, as well as other public, economic and institutional players of the territory.   
As a Deputy Managing Director, Xavier manages the event division at EKNO. He expands the agency’s value chain with expert knowledge on professional internal and general public event design and realization.
